Thank you. One photo and a few words is plenty. Everything here goes into a review queue and is looked at by a person before it is used; faces are blurred before any image is published, and your name, if you give one, is shown only as initials. Background and protocols are on the beach watch page.

If you prefer email, or the form will not work, write to [email protected] with the subject “Beach watch”, attach the photo, and include:

• what it is: photo from the post, beach profile, wall report, sand brought in or storm damage;
• the date and time the photo or measurement was taken (to the minute if you can);
• the notes that go with it (see the prompts above for each kind);
• your name if you want credit (shown as initials only).
